屏幕截图 2026-01-08 153442.pngt should be noted that maintenance and repair are equally crucial tasks. Maintenance serves as a protective measure against wear and tear of machine parts, while repairing or replacing parts is a necessary means to ensure normal production and operation, allowing the machinery to maintain its original performance. These two tasks should be well integrated to prevent problems before they occur. Before machine parts become damaged and inoperable, they should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner to ensure the machinery maintains excellent operating conditions over the long term.

Preparations before starting the plastic granulator include cleaning the surrounding environment of the extruder, as well as the extruder and its attached machinery and equipment. It is essential to carefully study the safety operation procedures for the extruder, understand the functionalities of each part and component in the structural characteristics of the machinery and equipment, and memorize the functions and usage of each switch and button. Check whether the nuts on the equipment are loose. Verify that the safety protection covers are secure. Inspect the tightness of the V-belt installation and adjust it appropriately. When moving the V-belt, it should rotate easily, and the extruder screw should rotate without any clamping. Check the rotation direction of the extruder screw. Look towards the barrel opening and check whether the thread of the extruder screw is right-handed. If so, the rotation direction of the extruder screw should be clockwise. Finally, inspect whether the protective grounding of the equipment and control cabinet is tightened.

The appropriate and effective application of plastic granulators is crucial for increasing the length of their operational lifespan, enhancing productivity, and improving product quality. This is closely related to the manufacturing quality of the machinery and equipment, as well as the selection of their model specifications. However, how operators use the machinery and equipment reasonably, and how they pay attention to maintenance and care, also have a direct impact on extending the lifespan of the plastic granulator and ensuring it performs at its optimal productivity. To achieve proper and reasonable application of the plastic granulator, it is essential to pay attention to the following points. The production line must be equipped with corresponding machinery and equipment, and the production capacity of each machine must be matched. Each machine should be fully utilized to ensure that all machinery and equipment in the production line work in coordination. Any oversupply or shortage of materials, or any interruptions in the process flow, can be attributed to the improper selection of machinery and equipment, or unscientific selection of specifications and models. The model and specifications of the extruder should be selected according to the required specifications and models of the products.

1. Unauthorized personnel are prohibited from communicating with the machine equipment operator of the plastic granulator, and only a single person is allowed to actually operate the button commands on the electronic control panel;

2. Regularly inspect the insulation effectiveness of electrical wires and circuits, and always pay attention to the warning content on the warning signs of machinery and equipment;

⒊ Before the power supply of the plastic granulator's distribution cabinet is disconnected, non-professionals are prohibited from opening the cabinet door, and it is forbidden to adjust the CNC blade before the plastic granulator comes to a complete halt;

4. When the moving parts or hopper are blocked, do not use your hands or iron rods, but only use plastic sticks to handle carefully;

5. When touching the high-temperature parts of the plastic granulator, be careful of burns. When the kneading machine is in operation, it is forbidden for staff to extend their upper body into the barrel to inspect or scrape the material;

6. In case of power failure during work, all motor circuits should be cut off and the material stored in the machine should be cleaned up in time, as carbonization of the material will affect the next production process;

7. When the plastic granulator equipment encounters a system malfunction, it is necessary to terminate the operation of the equipment immediately and not to take any action on one's own. Instead, notify and wait for the maintenance personnel to arrive for troubleshooting and repair, or provide guidance over the phone for repairs;

Prevent all factors that may lead to damage of machinery and equipment and the occurrence of safety accidents; strictly follow standardized operating procedures to ensure proper practical operations and reduce the occurrence of system failures or safety accidents.
