What should be paid attention to in the correct use and maintenance of plastic granulators

Upon arrival of the plastic granulator extrusion mold, an unpacking inspection was conducted to ensure that the packaging was intact. After unpacking, the packing list was taken out for inspection. Technical documents such as the instruction manual were used to assemble and count the entire mold, accessories, special tools, etc., according to the contents of the packing list.

2. For half of the extrusion mold's technical standards and models, the extrusion molded parts generally use corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel plates, especially when the extruded material is modified polyvinyl chloride. They are tempered to a hardness of HRC24 or higher to ensure a certain service life. There should be no defects such as dents, scratches, burrs, attachments, and rust. The working surfaces of the die, calibrating mold, and their components should be smooth. Abrupt changes in cross-section and material stagnation areas should be avoided as much as possible. The flow channel system of the die should be smooth along the direction of melt flow. The repeatability error of assembly and disassembly at corresponding positions between the templates in the mold should not exceed 0.03mm. The welding surfaces and mating edges of the extrusion mold die should be well sealed, and there should be reliable positioning between the templates. The local gap between them should not exceed 0.02mm

In general mode, the water and air systems of the plastic granulator should not be interconnected. The water pipe connectors of the extrusion die and the calibrating die, as well as the cooling system and vacuum system of the calibrating die, should be generally sealed and leak-free. Vacuum pipe connectors should have clear markings and must not affect the connection of the pipeline
