Equipment inspection before starting the plastic granulator

1. Organize practical operation staff and maintenance personnel to carefully study the operation manual, so that relevant staff can grasp the working principles, operation steps, and safety precautions of the machinery and equipment, facilitating effective and appropriate practical operation of the machinery and equipment,.

2. The plastic granulator has undergone comprehensive inspection and testing before leaving the factory. To prevent any issues with the granulator equipment during transportation, the following tasks must still be successfully completed:

(1) Step-by-step inspection of household electrical appliances to ensure compliance with regulations and check for any loose connections.

(2) Use an ohmmeter to measure the motor and electric heating part. The grounding resistance should not be lower than 0.5Ω.

(3) Fill the gear motor with high-quality lubricating grease to the center line of the oil window. Fill the hydraulic station oil tank to the center line of the oil window.

3. Turn on the main power switch, adjust the temperature control of each axis to the "set" temperature, and press the heating button.

4. When the temperature reaches the specified temperature for the processing technology, maintain it for 5 to 10 minutes.

5. Inspect and retighten the screws of the entire unit once again.

6. Rotate the belt pulley by hand (the screw should rotate at least 2-3 turns) to ensure everything is normal, and then install the belt pulley protective cover.

7. Starting auxiliary system: such as lubrication, cooling, etc.

8. Start the main motor and confirm whether the rotation direction of the main motor is appropriate.

9. Slowly drip about 500ml of 30# engine oil into the feeding port, and let the machine and its upper models idle for about 1 minute, while the standard model should idle for about 3 minutes. Pay attention to the ammeter and voltmeter. The voltage should be within ±10V of the rated voltage, and the current should be stable and free of fluctuations.

10. After confirming that everything is normal, shut down the machine, and the no-load test is complete.

11. The plastic granulator head (die head) can be equipped with or without a filter screen (generally assembled without a filter screen at the factory), and you can prepare a filter screen of the required mesh size for startup use.

12. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of all aspects of the plastic granulator, and prepare to start it after confirming that everything is correct.

The above procedural flow is generally completed before the plastic granulator leaves the factory, and it can still be followed for reference when it is restarted.
