Main features

The contact surface with raw materials is made entirely of stainless steel. The precision die-cast aluminum shell has a smooth surface and good heat insulation performance. It is equipped with a silent fan and can be optionally equipped with an air filter to ensure the cleanliness of raw materials. Both the barrel and the base are equipped with material viewing windows, allowing direct observation of the internal raw materials. The curved design of the electric heating barrel avoids combustion caused by the accumulation of raw material powder at the bottom of the barrel. It uses a proportional deviation indicating temperature controller to accurately control the temperature. In addition, models 50E - 1500E are available in high-temperature types, with double-layer material barrels, stainless steel electric heating barrels, and high-temperature fans. The cast aluminum mold is independently designed, with the same body flipping backward, suitable for any manipulator.
