The PP/PE crushing, cleaning and recycling production line is mainly composed of a conveyor belt, a crusher, a friction cleaning machine, a rinsing tank, a screw feeder, a dehydrator, an air duct drying system, a silo, an electric control cabinet, etc. This production line is developed by introducing, digesting and absorbing the advanced concepts and technologies of the international industry, and combining the current development needs and the characteristics of the secondary application of waste plastics. It can meet the environmental protection requirements for the recycling of waste plastics at home and abroad. The main materials to be processed are PE/PP plastics, PE/PP plastic waste mixtures, waste PP woven bags, plastic bags, domestic waste plastics, and waste agricultural films.

The production output includes: 300KG/H, 500KG, 1000KG/H or can be configured according to customer needs
