2、 Main structure and working principle
1. Structural composition:
Feeding section:
Hopper: Wide hopper that can accept manual or conveyor feeding.
Lifting conveyor mechanism: Typically, inclined belt conveyors (equipped with anti-skid and wear-resistant belts) or chain plate conveyors are used to lift materials from a low position to the crusher feed inlet.
Iron removal part:
Strong permanent magnet drum/magnetic separation drum: the core component of the equipment. Installed at the end (inside) of the conveyor belt, rotating at the same speed as the belt. The drum is made of high-performance neodymium iron boron permanent magnet material, which generates a high-intensity deep magnetic field.
Automatic separation device: Iron impurities adsorbed on the magnetic drum, after rotating with the drum to separate from the magnetic zone, automatically fall into the iron collection box/discharge port under the action of gravity or scraper, achieving separation from the material.
Drive and control system:
Motor and reducer: provide smooth power for conveying and magnetic rollers.
Control electrical box: It can integrate frequency conversion speed regulation, control feeding speed, and be linked with the entire line.
2. Workflow:
Raw materials are fed into the hopper → lifted evenly by the inclined conveyor belt → when the material passes through the end magnetic separation drum → iron is firmly adsorbed on the surface of the drum below the belt → clean plastic continues to fall into the crusher feed inlet along a parabolic trajectory → iron automatically falls off and is collected as it rotates to the non-magnetic zone with the drum.
