Accurate measurement (core function): According to the preset formula ratio, the main materials, auxiliary materials, colorants, fillers, etc. are accurately measured and continuously transported to the extruder, with a measurement accuracy usually required to reach ± 0.25% to ± 0.5%. This is the foundation for producing high-quality modified materials, masterbatch, and engineering plastics.

Stable feeding, eliminating fluctuations: Eliminating fluctuations in feeding volume caused by changes in material level and density in the silo, ensuring uniform, continuous, and pulsation free feeding of the extruder, thereby stabilizing extrusion pressure and melt temperature.

Suitable for various material forms: capable of handling materials with different characteristics such as particles, powders, flakes, fibers, viscous materials, lightweight materials, etc., and equipped with auxiliary arch breaking or forced feeding devices for difficult to flow animal materials
