Water Strand Cutting Plastic Extrusion Granulator

Twostage Venting Plastic Extrusion Granulator Unit is mainly composed of two plastic extrusion granulators with staged series venting structure, serving as waste plastic recycling and granulation equipment. The granulators adopt differentiated screw designs, suitable for recycling and granulation of various plastic materials. The screws and barrels undergo special hardening treatment, featuring wear resistance and high production efficiency.

This two-stage (master-slave) venting plastic extrusion granulator unit is available in T-type layout and inline layout. Both granulators are equipped with venting devices and quick screen changer units. They can repeatedly exhaust gas generated during raw material heating, and remove impurities through dual filtration processes, producing granules with higher compactness, smoother surface and better purity.
The machine is highly applicable for recycling, extrusion and granulation of ABS, Polystyrene (PS), Low-density Polyethylene (LDPE), High-density Polyethylene (HDPE), Polypropylene (PP) and other plastic materials. Certain models are developed by referencing international advanced technologies combined with domestic actual operating conditions, and have been widely recognized and adopted by numerous customers.
